I learned and experienced many aspects of the real estate business while working with Bill. In addition to selling residential, commercial and agricultural real estate we do rent management, appraising, real estate closings and have built and remodeled homes. These are still services offered by my brokerage along with real estate auctions. My Real Estate Brokerage was founded
by Charles (Bill) Alspaw a lifetime resident
of the Council Grove area. I had been
associate broker with Bill since 1987. Bill
still has excellent building sites for sale near
the golf course in Council Grove to occupy some
of his time in his retirement. The Alspaw Addition is a beautiful area of town with several new homes and has been a great asset to Council Grove.

Hello from Council Grove, Kansas!
I'm Deb Dudley, Broker/Owner of Alspaw Brokerage since 1992. I'm a lifelong Kansan, a graduate of KSU and have enjoyed living on a small farm in the Flint Hills for several years. Living in this area is wonderful and I really enjoy walking and learning about all the birds, plants and wildlife around here. I know it's a good day when I see a Red -Tailed Hawk or hear a Black -Billed Cuckoo bird not to mention the many other possibilities of the diverse wildlife in this area. In other words it is always a good day. Also, if you're considering moving here get your smile, wave or nod ready because it is a friendly place.
